产品简介

HRP（Horseradish Peroxidase）即辣根过氧化物酶，可以催化DAB、TMB等底物显色或催化ECL等化学发光试剂产生化学反应而发光。本产品为辣根过氧化物酶标记的经亲和纯化的驴抗体，特异识别山羊IgG，检测灵敏度高，本底低，对其他种属IgG无明显交叉反应，可用于Western Blot、ELISA和免疫组化检测。

注意事项

1．使用本产品时，请使用5%的正常驴血清作为封闭液，避免使用BSA或奶粉稀释抗体。

2．使用时应按所需的浓度进行稀释，现用现配。

3．为了获得实验最佳效果，请根据实验调整最佳工作稀释度。

4．本产品仅用于科研，不能用于人体实验或人体治疗。
