产品简介

HRP（Horseradish Peroxidase）即辣根过氧化物酶，可以催化DAB、TMB等底物显色或催化ECL等化学发光试剂产生化学反应而发光。本产品为辣根过氧化物酶标记的经亲和纯化的山羊抗体，特异识别兔IgG，检测灵敏度高，本底低，对其他种属IgG无明显交叉反应，可用于Western Blot、ELISA和免疫组化检测。
