产品简介

Cy3 是近年来新开发的一种荧光素，被激发后呈现明亮的红色荧光，较TRITC 等其它绝大多数荧光素更明亮，在光下更稳定，而且背景更低。本产品为Cy3 标记的经抗原亲和纯化的山羊抗体，特异识别兔IgG，最大吸收光谱为550nm，最大发射光谱为570nm，可以与TRITC使用相同的滤光片。使用本产品检测灵敏度高，本底低，对其他种属IgG 无明显交叉反应，常用于免疫荧光和流式细胞等标记检测。

应用范围： Immunofluorescence 1:50-1:800

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG，Cy3 Conjugated (EK022)，ICC/IF image of ab8227 stained HeLa cells. The cells were 4% formaldehyde fixed (10 min) and then incubated in 1%BSA / 10% normal goat serum /0.3Mglycine in 0.1% PBS-Tween for 1h to permeabilise the cells and block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The cells were then incubated with the antibody (ab8227, 5µg/ml) overnight at +4°C. The secondary antibody (red) was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG，Cy3 Conjugated（EK022） used at 1：100 for 1h. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue) at a concentration of 1.43µM.

注意事项

1．使用时应按所需的浓度进行稀释，现用现配。

2．为了获得实验最佳效果，请根据实验调整最佳工作稀释度。

3．避免使用含有苯二胺的封片剂，因为会导致荧光变弱和扩散。

4．本产品仅用于科研，不能用于人体实验或人体治疗。
